Spencer has been at Barathaven Memory Care since 2020. He started in the field ten years ago as a Licensed Practical Nurse caring for residents at skilled nursing. He was promoted to Interim Administrator and Interim Director of Nursing for another Assisted Living and Memory Care company. Along with supporting his community at Barathaven, his interests including hiking, home improvement, and road trips. He’s also an animal lover and enjoys family time with his spouse and four dogs.
